Non-Returnable Items

• Bridal and bespoke collections.
• Gift cards.
• Products marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable.

Return Process

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned product passes our quality inspection.

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
